You will only be sent a high quality image file, which you can choose to print from yourself. We find clients are put off by expensive material costs, shipping fees and the current postage delays. A digital file has been a much more popular option.
If you would like to have a custom created artwork with a physical product, please get in touch! We can create a quote for this.
When you have paid and sent through your reference photos, your first draft will come within 7 days. Once we have approval, the artwork will be delivered to your inbox.
We will rely on you to provide the photo references and artwork approval, once the artwork is approved, we cannot make further changes or refunds.
If you would like to gift the product to someone else, please get in touch and we can arrange a gift card!
This is very rare, but we follow the strict approval process to ensure any tweaks and changes can be made before the final file is sent.
If the artwork is unable to be tweaked to be suitable, a partial refund (minus the time spent on the artwork) can be issued.
Once the artwork has been approved, no refunds or changes can be made.
